East Carroll Parish, LA – Casi EB Blaylock Loses Life in Two-Vehicle Crash on US-65 near Lake Providence

East Carroll Parish, LA (February 21, 2023) – The Louisiana State police confirmed that 45-year-old Casi EB Blaylock has died as a result of a two-vehicle accident that took place in East Carroll Parish.

Reports provided by authorities indicate that at approximately 3:45 p.m. on February 9, Blaylock was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo on US Highway 65. For unknown reasons, her vehicle collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado on Highway near Lake Providence.

Blaylock was severely injured in the accident. She was rushed to an area hospital for emergency medical care. The police confirmed that she passed away from her injuries after arriving.

The driver of the Chevrolet suffered moderate injuries in the accident. The victim was transported to an area hospital for emergency medical treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
