Catahoula Parish, LA (August 9, 2024) – A fatal accident reported in Catahoula Parish claimed one person’s life. The collision occurred at around 10:40 a.m. on August 7.
According to the Louisiana State Police, a 16-year-old was traveling southbound on Louisiana Highway 567. As they proceeded through the area just north of US Highway 425, the vehicle crossed over the center line. After entering the northbound side of the roadway, the car struck a motorcycle. The motorcyclist, identified as Bobby Case, was ejected from the vehicle. He suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the crash are being investigated.
