Ouachita Parish, LA – Clint Harper Killed in LA-15 Crash at Sambo Nelson Rd

Ouachita Parish, LA (February 18, 2024) – The Louisiana State Police confirmed that 45-year-old Clint Harper of Dansville, Louisiana, lost his life as a result of a fatal collision that occurred on Saturday morning. The accident was reported to authorities at around 9:00 a.m.

According to investigations, 41-year-old Jonathan Vestal was driving a 2011 GMC Yukon north on Louisiana 15. At the same time, Harper was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe southbound on the roadway. For unknown reasons, the Yukon crossed over the center line and struck the Tahoe head-on. Harper was fatally injured and pronounced deceased while at the scene. Vestal was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
